INVOICE
Everyone wants to be a millionaire one day, and we launched our venture with millions. We issued the first invoice numbered1/91, for an amount of PLN 8,314,516.00.

COMPANY
REGISTRATION
We start working for real. On 15 April 1991, we register our company under the final name of MACSPED.
There are two of us in the team.
01.1993
MOVING OFFICE
We move from ul. Celna 1, where our company was first based, to ul. Energetyków 3/4. We still operate from that address.

OUR FIRST
TRACTOR - UNIT
The first set purchased by Macsped goes on tour. At the time of purchase, the tractor-unit was registered WUD 3671, and after re-registration it was given the number SCN 2524.
03.1994
WE GO FOR FACTORY EQUIPMENT.
From "Zremb Wrocław" Truck Factory, we order our first factory-new universal trailer, type N-263. Unfortunately, products from beyond the Iron Curtain were still inaccessible to us, mainly in terms of price.

PARTNERS
MACSPED s.c. is registered in the register of the Economic Activity Department of the City Hall in Szczecin under the number: UN/001663/91
with four partners named.

INTERNATIONAL
LICENCE
The Ministry of Transport and Maritime Economy grants us our first ever license – no.0028290 for the SCN 2524 vehicle, authorising us to provide international road transport services.
12.1995
NEW MAN TRACTOR-UNITS
We order our first two brand new tractor-units. We plump for the FTL/BL/G 19.403 model from MAN.
05.2001
MACSPED AS A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
On that date MACSPED TRANSPORT MIĘDZYNARODOWY WIENCONEK I MAJEWICZ SPÓŁKA JAWNA is registered at the District Court in Szczecin under number 0000010304.

A NEW BRAND APPEARS IN OUR FLEET
We decide to buy our first Volvo tractor-units.

ACCESSION TO THE EU
On 1 May 2004 Poland became a European Union Member Steve. Consequently, customs borders between the EU countries were removed.

TWENTIETH
ANNIVERSARY
There was a team photo, occasional speeches, an anniversary cake and lots of fun until dawn. Anyone who fancied could try their hand at poker.

WE CONSTANTLY UPDATE OUR FLEET.
Almost at the turn of our 21st year in business, we receive the next batch of Volvo tractor-units that we ordered.

VOLVO ON THE ATTACK
We keep expanding our fleet and take on another 12 VOLVO tractor-units.

TWENTY FIFTH
ANNIVERSARY
Slightly ahead of schedule, but in a larger group, we celebrate our 25th anniversary as a company. There was some magic, some dancing and fun until dawn. We all had a great time!

We keep developing to provide great service for customers who demand the very best. We buy 12 new VOLVO vehicles.

We transform our company and register it in the National Court Register as number 0000639504, while the tax identification (NIP) and national business registry (REGON) numbers of the limited partnership remain the same as the transformed general partnership, i.e NIP: 8520600578 and REGON: 006620117.
